The ITIL 5 Foundation course addresses service management challenges by reshaping much of the established ITSM practices in the wider context of customer experience, value streams and digital transformation, as well as embracing new ways of working such as Lean, Agile and DevOps through engaging case studies and best practices.

ITIL is aligned with various international quality standards including ISO/IEC 20000 (IT Service Management Code of Practice) and has been adopted by thousands of organisations worldwide, such as NASA, the UK National Health Service (NHS) and Disney™.

Your global certification

Upon completion of the ITIL 5 Foundation course, all students are encouraged to sit for one computer-based exam within 6 months of course completion. This exam will assess their knowledge of the course. The exam is 60 minutes long (1 Hour) and consists of 40 multiple-choice questions. The passing score for this exam is 65%. The exam is delivered on the international PearsonVUE System and the score report (preliminary) is made available straight after the exam session.
