Workshop overview

AI is moving beyond chatbots and content generation. Agents can interpret requests, access information from business systems, use tools and collaborate to complete tasks. In this practical workshop you learn to make that happen using n8n and a real-world business scenario.

Over 6 hours you build a two-agent customer enquiry workflow. A coordinator agent interprets each enquiry, MCP-connected business tools supply live order and policy information, and a response agent drafts a reply for a person to review. No coding experience is required.
