When work didn’t work out for her, Yasmine learned her way into a new career.

If you feel like your current job isn’t something you necessarily enjoy, you’re not alone. Yasmine’s original career plans didn’t quite work out for her. Her education didn’t really give her the job she wanted, but that didn’t stop her from turning things around.

Yasmine had always wanted to work in marketing but life had other plans for her. She wanted out of her former career but without the right credentials, she was stuck in a rut. Instead of giving up, she decided to take things into her own hands and gain the skills to help her make the change she needed, so she enrolled for the Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing.

Although she had her doubts about studying while holding down a full-time job, Yasmine found that learning online kept things manageable. The short course was a compact and comprehensive entry-point to the industry that gave her the confidence and skills to take on her new marketing position and build her way up. Part-time learning worked out so well for her that she returned to ICE Malta to advance her Graphic Design skills, a popular add-on for dynamic marketing roles such as hers.
