High priority students

The terms and conditions herein are deemed to have been read, understood and agreed once the course booking has been processed. They are binding once this booking form has been submitted. Fees: prospective students registered as 'High Priority Students' pay a €50 fee, which is deducted from their final balance. They will be informed of all course details when these are launched and will have 7 days to process their enrolment and guarantee their place in the upcoming class. If they do not enrol within 7 days, the €50 fee is refunded (excluding any payment fees incurred by the Institute), but their place in the requested class is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. If the scheduled dates do not suit them, a full refund (excluding any payment fees incurred by the Institute) is processed. Law and jurisdiction: these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Maltese law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
